Are 24 Hours Enough for this Metropolis?

Turns out yes. You can cover a huge amount in 24 hours if you do it right. Here is our list to follow. Start at the center of the city and then branch out

• Tokyo Tower - The iconic tower that us visible from anywhere
• Azabu Juban - Stroll in this neighborhood for some food and local life
• Walk up to Roppongi Hills Take a picture under the spider Maman, go up to the Observation deck or try the sushi basement resto (all good things are in the basement in Tokyo).
• Take the train up to Omotesando. Walk along the very wide boulevard, admiring the designer store fronts, and then stop a the Jingu Mae shrine. Walk past the sake barrels, the tori gate and eventually the temple itself. Make and wish and hang it next to the tree. Walk into Maisen, the famous Japanese restaurant and get some deep fried shrimp sandwich bento.- Wal
• Stroll up a block and spend time at the Yoyogi park. At any time there are people relaxing under the cherry blossoms, picnicking, running and making the most of a beautiful day.
• Next stop is Shibuya. Home of the the crossing with a million people crossing with a very Japan discipline. Stand right in the middle and take a picture, we promise you will not get run over.
• Head Over to Ginza. Home of designer store fronts and the biggest Uniqlo in world with 11 stories. All Japanese fashion dreams are fulfilled here!
• Make a stop to Tskiji, the original fish market. The fish auction is not held here anymore but the restos still serve super fresh sushi and ramen.
• Head to Sensoji in Asakusa. The big red temple that we all see in pictures. Walk in through the gates, past the tourist kiosks and walk up to the massive doors. Go inside, sit for a few minutes and let it just sink in. The other Tokyo tower, the Skytree, is a few minutes walk from here. Also the much coveted Japanese knives can be bought in Kappabashi, 2 blocks from here.
